By car (from M1 motorway)
Leave the M1 motorway at Junction 25 to join the A52 towards Nottingham. Follow the A52/ Derby Road/ Brian Clough Way for approximately four miles until you get to the roundabout with the 'Miller and Carter Steakhouse'. Turn right onto the A646/Woodside Road then turn left at the next roundabout to enter the University's West Entrance.
Visitors to University Park campus will be required to use the main visitors car park. This is pay and display. Parking permits or pay and display tickets are required to be displayed on vehicles on university campuses between 9:15am - 4:00pm week days.

There are taxi ranks throughout the City Centre and immediately adjacent to the main railway and bus stations. The journey to the campus takes about 15 minutes.
From East Midlands Airport you can walk to the taxi rank on the terminal forecourt and take a direct taxi to the University. The cost of a single/one way journey is approximately £20. Taxis are normally available 24 hours.
There are a number of public services that run close to or through UoN campuses.
From Nottingham (approximately 2.5 miles)
The closest bus stop to Nottingham train station is Broadmarsh bus station, a short 4 minute walk.
Trent Barton's Indigo service operates from here and stops at all university entrances.
From Beeston (approximately 1.5 miles)
The closest bus stop to Beeston is ‘Beeston Rylands, adjacent Laburnum Grove’ (on Meadow Road) for Trent Barton’s route 18 service.
Alternatively, the more frequent Indigo service operated by Trent Barton goes from ‘Beeston (Notts), opposite Queens Road’ (on Station Road). A 5 minute walk from the train station.
From East Midlands Airport (approximately 10 miles) There is a 24 hour
Skylink bus service from East Midlands Airport to Nottingham City Centre. The service goes past the University Park Campus (on route to Nottingham Broadmarsh bus station) and a reduced frequency service goes to Sutton Bonington (on route to Loughborough). Buses leave from outside the Airport Arrivals hall.
From Nottingham, the closest tram stop is Nottingham Station. Take the tram for 'Toton Lane'.
From Beeston, the closest tram stop is Beeston Centre. Take the tram for 'Hucknall'.
The tram stops both ways at the University of Nottingham south entrance.
